DESCRIPTION
A bud vase with an exaggerated slender neck rising from a rounded pear-shaped base, covered nearly foot to rim with scrolling vines, five-petal blossoms, leaves and tendrils in blackened recessed decoration. The dark pattern against the warm golden metal gives this small vessel far more presence than its size suggests, with or without a flower.
