The House of Genevieve offers vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Each item carries its own history, character, and signs of age. We ask that purchases be made thoughtfully and with care.

Vintage Condition

Natural wear, patina, and signs of age are expected and considered part of an item’s integrity. These characteristics are not regarded as defects.

We encourage careful review of photographs, measurements, and descriptions, and we welcome questions before purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and require approval before an item is sent back. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and unaltered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or error.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Issues or Errors

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may review and assist.
