Shipping & Handling

At The House of Genevieve, each order is prepared thoughtfully and shipped on a measured schedule. Many of the pieces we offer are one-of-a-kind and require careful packing to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped two to three times per week.
Please allow up to five business days from purchase for your order to be packed and shipped. During periods of higher volume, processing times may extend slightly.

Same-day shipping is not offered.

Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers selected based on destination, size, and value of the item. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.

Insurance & Signature

Insurance is included on shipments where appropriate. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value items.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited or overnight shipping must be requested before purchase and is not always available. Additional costs apply and must be confirmed in advance.
