DESCRIPTION
A large wooden serving tray with a deep black ground painted with gold-orange blossoms, smaller flowers, berries, scrolling stems and veined green foliage. Its high, crescent-shaped gallery sweeps around the back and sides, rising to about 4 inches, with a central oval cutout handle at the back and round openings at either side. It has the presence of a piece of furniture on an ottoman or drinks table.
