Early 2000s Dooney & Bourke Pink Signature DB Canvas Barrel Shoulder Bag

DESCRIPTION

A wonderfully cheerful early-2000s Dooney & Bourke shoulder bag in pink Signature DB canvas, trimmed in warm natural leather and finished with the brand's classic gold-tone hardware.

Cream interlocking DB monograms sit within a dotted diamond lattice across the soft pink canvas, while the slouchy barrel-shaped body is framed with substantial leather shoulder straps and cinched leather ties at the lower sides. A wide leather panel across the top is detailed with gold-tone grommets and threaded leather cord, giving the bag considerably more character than a simple monogram tote.

The zip-top closure opens to a generously sized interior with coordinating pink DB-monogram details and organizational storage.

WORTH NOTING

An early Dooney & Bourke Signature canvas design with the wonderful construction details associated with the brand's turn-of-the-millennium handbags.

Interior retains its woven Dooney & Bourke label and leather ASSEMBLED IN MEXICO tab. The original Dooney duck hangtag remains present at the exterior.

The natural leather has developed visible patina with age, giving the bag the softly broken-in character collectors often associate with older Dooney pieces.

Good vintage condition with visible evidence of previous use.

Natural leather trim shows patina, darkening, spotting and surface variation. Pink Signature canvas shows reddish-brown marks along portions of the lower edge and light wear at the corners. Interior leather also shows spotting and age-related variation.

Original duck hangtag remains present.
