1980s Gold Tone Pearl Berry Leaf Statement Earrings Vintage Unsigned

DESCRIPTION

A wonderfully sculptural pair of vintage statement earrings, designed as sprays of richly textured gold-tone leaves laden with clusters of luminous white faux pearl berries.

Each earring is built with remarkable dimension—the deeply ribbed leaves overlap one another along branching gold-tone stems, while graduated pearl clusters spill outward like tiny berries. The combination gives the pair an almost botanical-jewelry quality, elegant enough for evening while retaining the exuberance of great 1980s costume jewelry.

WORTH NOTING

A particularly substantial unsigned vintage pair with dimensional construction, beautifully textured foliage and numerous individually arranged faux pearls.

The absence of a maker's signature does little to diminish the quality or visual impact of the design; these were selected on the strength of the piece itself rather than an unsupported attribution.

Each earring approximately 1.5–1.75 inches long × approximately 1–1.25 inches wide.

Pair weight approximately 25.5 grams.

CONDITION

Very good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and previous use. Faux pearls remain attractive and the textured gold-tone foliage presents beautifully overall.
