Vintage Peacock Freshwater Pearl Necklace Gold Tone Spacer Beads 17 Inch

DESCRIPTION

A wonderfully moody strand of peacock freshwater pearls, alive with shifting shades of petrol blue, deep green, teal and violet.

The naturally irregular pearls are individually separated by softly antiqued gold-tone spacer beads, creating a beautiful contrast between the dark iridescent nacre and warm metal. Rather than the formality of a traditional white pearl strand, this necklace has a richer, almost jewel-toned character that changes noticeably as it moves through the light.

Finished with a simple gold-tone hook clasp.

WORTH NOTING

The freshwater pearls have naturally individual shapes and surfaces, with particularly attractive peacock coloration ranging through green, blue, teal and purple.

Small antiqued gold-tone spacers between each pearl give the strand definition without competing with the natural luster.

Approximately 16–18 inches long. Pearls approximately .25–.35 inch.
